RICS Homebuyer Report

RICS Homebuyer Reports are specifically designed as an “economy” survey on residential property to fill the gap between the mortgage valuation report and the full structural survey.

The report includes a detailed comment on condition of the property, advice on specialist reports required, summary of urgent repairs and likely imminent maintenance/repair works required in short to medium term, advice on legal aspects to assist your Solicitor and a balanced opinion on market value.
